In the countries of Africa, Asia and South America the young people are the majority of their societies. Especially in Africa we can find a well-developed network of community radios with educational profile. Radio is relatively cheap media. Therefore it is used in the developing countries as a main media tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YCBS is an educational radio channel about culture, founded in Berlin in December 2011 by Mila Zaharieva-Schmolke. It connects young people from different countries all around the world. The main radio genre of YCBS is the radio feature. The radio feature is a very artistic radio form that influences the listeners in a very emotional way by means of voices, music, noises and sound effects. The production of radio feature is very expensive therefore they are broadcasts mainly by public radio stations. However, the team of YCBS considers it as very valuable and as a result radio fe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Radio partner of YCBS in Europa are the European Radio Channel Euradio Nantes in France but also the radio station radio B-UE in Padua and the Bulgarian National Radio in Sofia. YCBS plans also to develop its radio network with new partners in the Balkan region.atures are very vital part of the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The International Youth Radio YCBS initiates radio projects in different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Examples of our radio projects:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy neighbor and me\u201d. The story about divided cities in two border regions in the towns of Petite Rosselle\/Gro\u00dfrosseln, G\u00f6rlitz\/Zgorzelec. Partners and participants of the project are 80 pupils from these towns and their teachers. The project target is to research the story of the home city and home town, to make interviews with neighbors, friends and relatives. The project motivates the pupils to practice the language of the others. It was conducted under the patronage of the German UNESCO-Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another project is called \u201cMother language-multilingualism\u201d. This project was attended by radio stations and school partners from seven countries. More than 13 languages can be heard in that radio program. The radio program includes poems, sayings and interviews in Mandarin, Ladino, Hebrew, Zaza, Ukrainian, Czech, German, Sorbian, Bulgarian, Turkish and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has the aim to show the diversity of the melodies of languages. Every language is a cultural treasure, which has to be protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The radio programs are produced by youth for young listeners under support of professionals. On behalf of the radio work they learn to combine technical and media skills with knowledge in the field of culture and international communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la les jeunes constituent la majorit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En Afrique principalement, on voit un r\u00e9seau bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de radios communautaires \u00e0 orientation p\u00e9dagogique. La radio est un media relativement peu co\u00fbteux. C\u2019est pourquoi elle est utilis\u00e9e comme principal outil m\u00e9diatique dans les pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YCBS est une station radio \u00e9ducative sur la culture, fond\u00e9e \u00e0 Berlin en d\u00e9cembre 2011 par Mila Zaharieva-Schmolke. Elle met en contact des jeunes de diff\u00e9rents pays du monde entier. Le genre principal de la radio est le radio feature. Le radio feature est une forme tr\u00e9s artistique de radio qui influence les auditeurs de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e9s \u00e9motionnelle par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire des voix, de la musique, des bruits et d\u2019effets sonores. La production de ce genre de radio est tr\u00e9s co\u00fbteuse, c\u2019est pourquoi ces programmes sont principalement diffus\u00e9s par des stations radio publiques. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de YCBS consid\u00e8re n\u00e9anmoins ce genre de radio comme tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux et lui consacre, \u00e0 ce titre, une part vitale de la plateforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les radios partenaires de YCBS en Europe sont la cha\u00eene de radio europ\u00e9enne&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:Eur@dioNantes\">Eur@dioNantes<\/a>, en France mais \u00e9galement la station radio Radio B-EU, \u00e0 Padoue et la Bulgarian National Radio \u00e0 Sofia. YCBS pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9tendre son r\u00e9seau radio \u00e0 de nouveaux partenaires dans la r\u00e9gion des Balkans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La radio internationale de la jeunesse YCBS lance des projets radio dans diff\u00e9rents pays. La pr\u00e9paration et la mise en place d\u2019un projet de radio n\u00e9cessitent quelques phases de travail telles que le choix des participants et des partenaires, la s\u00e9lection de la r\u00e9gion g\u00e9ographique o\u00f9 le projet prendra forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 de plusieurs \u00e9tapes, en ce compris l\u2019enseignement de la radio, la recherche d\u2019un sujet, les interviews, l\u2019\u00e9criture du texte de l\u2019animateur, la composition du radio feature et, derni\u00e8re mais pas des moindres, la production en studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Quelques exemples de projets radio:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy neighbor and me\u201d (\u201cMon voisinage et moi\u201d). L\u2019histoire de villes s\u00e9par\u00e9es dans deux r\u00e9gions frontali\u00e8res : Petite Rosselle\/Gro\u00dfrosseln et G\u00f6rlitz\/Zgorzelec. Les partenaires et participants du projet \u00e9taient constitu\u00e9s de 80 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de ces 4 villes et leurs professeurs. Le but de ce projet \u00e9tait la recherche de l\u2019histoire de ces villes et la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019interviews du voisinage, d\u2019amis et de proches. Le projet a encourag\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 utiliser la langue de l\u2019autre. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 avec le soutien de la Commission allemande de l\u2019UNESCO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre projet, appel\u00e9 \u201cMother language \u2013 Multilingualism\u201d, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en oeuvre par des stations radio et des \u00e9coles participantes &nbsp;de 7 pays. Plus de 13 langues peuvent \u00eatre entendues sur ce programme radio, qui inclut po\u00e8mes, d\u00e9clarations et interviews, notamment en mandarin, ladino, h\u00e9breu, zazaki, ukrainien, tch\u00e8que, allemand, sorabe, bulgare, turc, anglais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a pour but de montrer la diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9lodies des langues. Chaque langue est un tr\u00e9sor culturel qui se doit d\u2019\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les programmes radio-diffus\u00e9s sont produits par des jeunes et pour des jeunes auditeurs, sous la supervision de professionnels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au nom du travail radiophonique, ils apprennent \u00e0 allier comp\u00e9tences techniques et m\u00e9diatiques et connaissances
