The Beit Ben Yehuda House, a guest house and an international meeting center is located in a quiet neighborhood called Talpiot in the south-east of Jerusalem. Eliezer Ben Yehuda is the founder of the modern Hebrew, who built the house for his family in 1922. Kasia comes from Poland and studies cultural sciences at the Viadrina European University in Frankfurt (Oder). She works as a volunteer in Jerusalem and learns Hebrew. In the course of her job, Kasia cares for guests staying at the Beit Ben Yehuda House. Dina is Kasia’s collegue who comes from Israel and studies filmmaking. She has been working here for one month only.
